What it is
A facial massage is a calm treatment in which we massage your face, neck and shoulders with a focus on relaxation. Many people unknowingly hold tension in their jaw, forehead or neck. With soft, rhythmic movements, the massage helps release that tension while caring for your skin at the same time.
We adapt the massage to what you find comfortable and to your skin [TODO: describe the techniques you use]. You can book it on its own as a moment for yourself, or combine it with another facial treatment.

What happens during the session
- We briefly talk about how you feel and where you might be holding tension.
- Your skin is gently cleansed.
- We massage your face, neck and shoulders with a nourishing oil or cream [TODO: your products and techniques].

- We finish with a nourishing cream and a quiet moment to come round.
Recommended number of sessions

Aftercare
- Drink plenty of water after your treatment.
- Allow yourself a little time to rest afterwards.
- Ideally let the nourishing products absorb and skip make-up for the rest of the day.
